    Upgrading to Windows 10


    Hi. I attempted twice to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 using the Media Creation tool. Both times the upgrade failed. After the first time, I updated a bunch of drivers and other updates, per advice from Microsoft. It still failed. Is there a way to successfully upgrade? If I purchased the Windows 10 upgrade, would that solve my problem? Thanks. P.S. The system meets all requirements for upgrading.
