    Upgrading to Windows 11 22H2 from Windows 10 - Error 0x80070002


    I am at a loss and pulling my hair out, I am trying to upgrade my Windows 10 desktop to Windows 11 but keep getting the following error: 0x80070002. I've search and tried all suggestions and to no avail I have not been able to successfully upgrade. I was wondering if someone would be able to analyze the logs and let me know where its failing or what else I should be looking for. I don't think it's a hardware issue as I seem to meet all the requirements. I honestly would prefer not to have to do a clean installation and this forum is my last hope. I've uploaded the logs here: Microsoft Windows

    unable to upgrade to windows 11 error:0x80070002

    good evening everyone I just downloaded and created the windows 11 media creation tool and tried to upgrade from windows 10 Pro x64 Edition Version 21H1Build operating system 19043.1266 to windows 11 but the wizard stops showing me the following message "it is not possible to determine if your pc is ready to continue installing windows 11. try restarting the installer" there is a problem select retry if the problem persists contact microsoft support for assistance error code 0x80070002

    my pc has all the software and hardware requirements to upgrade to windows 11 i also received the notification via windows update and i also used the microsoft integrity application to check compatibility but in any way i try to update installation assistant or Creating installation media o Downloading disk image (ISO) I always get the same error message I have already tried unsuccessfully to run the sfc / scannow check the check DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth the check chkdsk / f / r uninstall kaspersky
