  1. Upgrading to Windows Pro from an old SSD.

I bought a laptop a few months ago after my desktop's stopped working and it is now collecting dust. Now I want to use one of Windows Pro features because of the limiting factor of Home edition.I figured I wanted to upgrade the laptop from Windows Home to Windows Pro edition and I can't seem to figure out on how to make my system upgrade. The SSD will not be part of my laptop since it has an m.2 SSD installed as the OS.How do I get an upgrade from just that?

    :)

    Hi

My windows was upgraded from 8 to 10 on my laptop few years back. I was trying to get the HDD replaced with SSD. During the copy process, the technician said windows cannot be moved to SSD as it is an upgraded version from 8 to 10.

Kindly guide if there is a possibility to copy the windows to SSD ? If so, please suggest the steps.
