Windows 10: upgrading win 10 drivers

where is the best place to scan my computer to see if my drivers for win 10 are all up to date and wqorking?

will there or is there any drivers for windows 10 drivers for the lenovo g580 laptop

hi thanks for the reply and at mo im using 8.1 as did upgrade to win 10 when there was the free upgrade but then had to go back as was told that there was no win 10 drivers and was told by lenovo as the g580 was not tested on win 10 that there will never
be any drivers for it (but i am confused but my g580 with win 8

 

Gigabyte and NVidia drivers after Win 10 upgrade

About to upgrade Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit to Win 10 Pro 64 bit on main PC

understand the process to do the actual Win 10 upgrade as have done so on VMs already

about to upgrade main PC with Gigabyte z97 motherboard and GTX 960 graphics card

what I am confused about is updating drivers

understand Windows update will do its mandatory stuff and load drivers etc

what I am confused about is whether I still need to also install the Gigabyte Win 10 motherboard drivers post Win 10 upgrade?

also do I need to install Win 10 version of current NVidia GeForce drivers?

Windows update does a pretty good job, altho' some have found that they need to disable driver download due to incompatibility... but it's a manufacturer issue not providing MS with the latest drivers to be tested and included in Windows Update.

Stick with the WU drivers unless you have a problem *Wink

 

that's for sure, I found out the hard way.
