Windows 10: upgrading windows 10 to windows 11 with processor didn't pass

hi with upgrade to windows 11 using pc health check my laptop passed except 1 the processor but when checking in microsoft website it is ok the core i3 6006u 2.00 ghtz is there another way that i could upgrade my windows 10 to 11?

Your processor is not on the list of processors that supports Windows 11.

Microsoft usually offers the upgrade to those devices Microsoft believes are the most likely to successfully install the upgrade. If the computer passes the hardware requirements, windows updates will offer the upgrade in stages until such time that the device is ready to install the upgrade.

You can reach out to your computer manufacturer to check/upgrade your processor to one that supports Windows 11.

You can also stay with Windows 10 as it is still supported until 2025.

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:

• Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
• Try different keyboard or mouse.
• Restart computer, repeatedly.
• Google for related issues.
• Update Bios, because why not.
• Create boot media and revert to windows 7.

The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.

Microsoft does not recommend installing Windows 11 on computers that are not supported. Your device may malfunction due to compatibility or other issues.

But if you still want to install on an unsupported device, I suggest you check the article below first.

I also suggest that you contact your computer manufacturer to see if you can upgrade your computer's processor to be compatible with Windows 11.
