Windows 10: Upgrading Windows 11 Home to Pro with Windows 10 Pro Digital Key purchased from Microsoft...

I recently wiped my hard disk and installed Windows 11. It activated the default key from the motherboard to Windows 10 Home. I have purchased Windows 10 Pro key from Microsoft website few months back. It is tied to my Microsoft account. I used to upgrade Windows 10 directly with store option which automatically gets the Pro key and upgrades. When I tried the same with Windows 11, it did not upgrade and rather it asked to purchase new key. Before anyone starts pumping answers saying "Probably you purchased single use key", read through this. I purchased from website, a retail copy. Now Windo

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?

 

Clean Windows 10 (?PRO?) install

I have bought a legit "Windows 10 Pro" key of a key website. It is legit since i'm currently using it for over a year now. I currently have Windows 10 Pro installed on my PC and I want to do a clean install. I just can't find the windows 10 Pro download in the tool. But if i could use a windows 10 pro key with a normal windows 10 install, I'll be good to go.

 

Windows 10 Home to Pro upgrade problem

I bought a new PC with Windows 10 Home and after making sure it was up to date I went to Settings/Update/Activation/Microsoft Store and purchased the Windows 10 Pro upgrade. I clicked Install on the Microsoft Store window and when done I got the following error. "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0xC004C003"

I clicked on Troubleshoot and it couldn't solve the problem and said to contact support for help which was no help as it just referenced a bunch of articles.

One thing I noticed is it shows Windows 10 Enterprise as the version. I purchased the Windows 10 Pro upgrade. I didn't know there was an Enterprise version and it wasn't listed on the upgrade page.

Any suggestions?
