Windows 10: Upgrading Windows 8

Hello, im trying to install windows 10 from "windows 10 media creation tool" from this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 but i also saw the requirements from this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-10-system-requirements-6d4e9a79-66bf-7950-4 and i notice that you need windows 8.1 KB 2919355 but the support already ended for windows 8.1 so i tried downloading it manually in this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/install-the-windows-8-1-update-kb-2919355-b189a9bd-0b33-f4a4-2092-4a5be0ebcb61 but my laptop can't see
