    Chrome extensions

    (This forum is for Windows 10.)

    Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/

    Once there, find the extension you want to remove and click on the Remove button.

    If registry settings are responsible your steps 1-6 may well not have removed them.

    Do you have Home or Pro?

    What does this show?
    Confirm you've looked at both of these:

    Your post concerns this so perhaps you can identify the entension(s) you can't remove:

    Basically you'll need to investigate and post what evidence you have. Bear in mind that whilst some may use Chrome here, your issue is with the browser rather than the O/S

    Remove and extension

    To remove an extension from Chrome, open Chrome settings by clicking on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner.

    Then go to More tools -- Extensions

    Find your extension and click on the Remove button
