Windows 10: Upload SignableFile.bin failed during Hardware Dev Program Registration

Hi Microsoft, I’ve problem with upload file to finish Registration – Sign and upload your file in Hardware Program.Here the link : https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/Registration/Hardware?step=SignUploadThe file already signed using below certificate: And here is the result after sign: After I do verification using SignTool.exe, the result not showing any error about signing: Please help me to fix this issue as soon as possible.I don't know what is the problem cause the uploaded file failed.

Thanks for the information. However, the issue that I have is not how to sign the driver correctly, but is the error during registration of Hardware Dev Program. The error is to upload SignableFile.bin file to Microsoft to complete the registration. The errror said, "We encountered a problem processing the file you uploaded. Please ensure the file you sign and upload is the same file you downloaded." Thanks.

I am trying to register for MS Windows Hardware Dev Program in order to submit my Windows 10 driver for certification. I log in with Azure AD Global Administrator account to register. I downloaded and sign SignableFile.bin using Signtools.exe without any issue. However, when I tried to upload the signed SignableFile.bin, it failed with the error "We encountered a problem processing the file you uploaded. Please ensure the file you sign and upload is the same file you downloaded." Can anyone help?
