  1. Upload SignableFile.bin failed during Hardware Dev Program Registration

I am trying to register for MS Windows Hardware Dev Program in order to submit my Windows 10 driver for certification. I log in with Azure AD Global Administrator account to register. I downloaded and sign SignableFile.bin using Signtools.exe without any issue. However, when I tried to upload the signed SignableFile.bin, it failed with the error "We encountered a problem processing the file you uploaded. Please ensure the file you sign and upload is the same file you downloaded." Can anyone help?

    :)

    recycle bin

    Hi George,

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

    • Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
    • Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
    • Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

  4. Upload SignableFile.bin failed during Hardware Dev Program Registration

    Bios .bin instead of .rom

This may be easy to answer.

In the vga Bios Database of techpowerup, the bios' are listed and uploaded as .bin files but the tool (nvflash) to upload and flash a card requires a .rom file?

just wondering what I should do at this point.

    Thanks!
