Windows 10: Upload speed is halved. 2004 19041.450

So I am having this weird issue for like 10 days now. Upload speed doesn't go above 50mbps in Windows. Checking with beta.speedtest.net . It hovers around 48mbps. (Checked with multiple browsers and servers)



My connection speed is 100 mbps up and down.



I checked same servers with mobile and Tails on a usb stick. Getting full 100 up and down.



I have tried diagnosing Ethernet. Uninstalling lan driver.



Is there anything else I can check?

Hi

I was wondering why my upload speed was .92 or .70 and i want to fix it so does anyone have any suggestions to fix my upload speed?

By the way i live in the wide country and i was wondering if that had anything to do with that.
