Upon booting my PC gets a hard stop and throws system service exception error. Then goes to a black screen that says couldn't connect to the network. Click or select enter for more recovery options but is totally dead at that point. Nothing clicks or takes input. I believe it started on a update that came through yesterday or during a Wi-Fi card driver update. Cannot enter recovery mode.

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the PC?
  
• Are you aware of any changes, prior to this issue?
