Upon installing update KB5043145 OS Builds 22621.4249 and 22631.4249 the built-in fingerprint in Dell 7440 stopped working this happened in 2 laptops so far

Per my first post....

I have tried downloading and installing all of the Windows 10 Version 1511, but I continuously get an error
"The update is not applicable to your computer" None of the updates will install.

it was an issue in Build 22621 (from Oct 2022). It is Jan 2024, and i am seeing this issue on my installation. Windows 11, build 22631. Ausu ROG Strix X670E-A motherboard.

The fTPM in the BIOS is set to ON, and the report from tpm.msc shows: "The TPM is ready for use"
