    Upon Reset, all my pc features stopped working and its stuck on basics page


    Helloi use a Lincon dual screen intel celeron computerstrictly touch screen that runs on a windows 10 for my point of sale/ecommerce software in my store, recently i noticed that the ecommerce application was not working properly and i uninstalled and reinstalled it but still to no avail so i decided to reset the pc, the process went well and took about two hours. it re-installed windows sucessfully but only for it to start up and it wasnt touching no more,i tried to connect a keyboard and a mouse to it and it wasnt workingall its ports, right now i cant move from the spot where it says ba

    Hi Paul Michael,

    If the link from your phone to your PC or the feature itself suddenly stopped working , it's possible that a system conflict may have caused it. For to isolate the issue, we'd like to ask a few questions:

    • Which Windows version are you using? Type winver on the search bar and press
      Enter to find out.
    • Did you encounter any error messages?
    • Have you made any changes your device prior to the issue?
    • What steps have you tried so far to troubleshoot the issue?

    Internet Explorer has stopped working

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community and being a part of Windows 10.

    I understand the inconvenience you are facing in accessing Internet Explorer on your device as it crashes.

    Do let us know:

    • If you have made any changes to the operating system that might have resulted in causing this issue?
    • If you were able to see any error code/ error message when Internet Explorer crashes?

    Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to run the Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter.

    • Press Windows key, type troubleshooting
      and select it.
    • Click on View all in the left pane.
    • Click onInternet Explorer Performance and follow the onscreen instructions.

    Step 2: I suggest you to perform some of the troubleshooting steps from the link below link, Turn off add-ons, Reset Internet Explorer Settings, Open the page in Compatibility View etc. and check if it helps:
