Windows 10: Upon updating windows defender now does a blank screen

Hi, so basicalyl what happened is similar to other problems but different, my windows defender shows a blank screen upon updating, sfc / scannow and the dism thingy didnt work, when i went to the securityhealth folder the package was corrupted, the setup executables didnt work executables from other question/forums
