Windows 10: Upping font size on Windows 10 with RDP this is a VM I have NO console access

I want to increase my default font size to say 125% but of course I can't directly do this from RDP.I have no console access as this is a VM in AWS.How can I poke this into the registry, powershell command, etc. to solve this.Thanks.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps to change the font size and check if it helps.

• 
  Type fonts on the search bar and select it.
  
• 
  Click on change font size from the left pane.
  
• 
  Make changes according.

I wasn't giving steps on how to get RDP working, that is covered plenty of other places, I just give the steps to make it secure.

RDP. If they aren't tracking your Web browsing, I doubt they are going to track RDP.

And if you start the session from the command prompt it doesn't even put the address in the MRU list.

Though the question that needs to be asked now is, what are you using for your VM lab?

 

Cannot connect via RDP to VM after kb4512508

Hello,

Recently I installed kb4512508 on a Windows 10 Pro. This machine is virtual machine on Hyper-V.

After installing the update the machine has frozen. Connecting through RDP or console via Hyper-V was not possible anymore. I turned off the VM and restarted it through Hyper-V management. After that i could reconnect to the console. After closing the console
i was unable to reconnect. I have tested this serveral times and also rebooted the host.

After uninstalling kb4512508 and rebooting the VM everything was fine again. Now i am able to connect through RDP again and can open/close console sessions.
