Windows 10: URCTBASE.DLL fatal error with Kontakt 6 player.

Hello. I am having a problem Kontakt 6 player. Every time I launch it, I get this error:



I spoke with native Instruments support and they told me that it was an issue with UCRTBASE.DLL. I have tried to reinstall native access and all related programs a number of times over the course of many updates and multiple versions. I get the same error each time. I also reset my computer once though I took the option that deleted all programs and reinstalled windows while saving my personal files. The problem has persisted. Upon resetting, it did open with a dialogue box asking about my audio drivers. When I pressed "okay" on the box, it crashed as it had previously. The program has since continued to crash without showing the dialogue box. I have tried reinstalling C++ Distributions, which is the parent program of UCRTBASE.DLL

I am operating on Windows 10 Pro, using a dell refurbished desktop PC.

Fatal Error

I've been trying to format my system but right after it finishes formatting I get a Fatal Error during the Windows installation process. That Fatal Error is a Data Error (cyclic redundancy check). I know that it's because of my hard drives, but how do I fix this issue? I have 2 Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB SATA II Hard Drives in RAID 0. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. *Smile
