    Urdu shows as random symbols


    Hi, today I was trying to edit an Urdu document but came across an issue. When I open the document it shows random letters and symbols such as "LZ ._Æ wZΉ i7 ,6 ÔŒZQgzZ³,7 Ð g" However if I open the pdf using Chrome it shows the text correctly but when I try to copy it in chrome it copies the same random letters and symbols.

    Hi I have installed the key board CRULP Urdu Phonetic keyboard but peobelm is that it is not appearing in the list to select this key board. I am using windows 10. please advise if I have missed any step in installation. I downloaded the file unzip it
    and run application. please help thank you
