Here are some steps you can take to remove yourself from the family and regain control of your account:

1. Sign in to family.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account.
   
2. Click on More options next to your name and select Leave family group.
   
3. Select Remove to confirm.
   

If you are unable to leave the family group, you might need to remove the consent that was given by the adult who added you to the family.

I'm in urgent need of assistance regarding my Microsoft account. I made a mistake by hiring someone from Fiverr to help with a job search. Unfortunately, I shared my email and password for monitoring job-related communications.

This person added their email to my account without permission. Despite terminating our agreement due to their poor communication, they refuse to remove their email.
