    URGENT** BLUE SCREEN while using laptop


    I have a new HP intel core i7 1TB SSD 16gb Ram. While using the computer, keep in mind that it is not "waking up" or starting up..it is WHILE using the computer, I'm getting blue screens. The first error said Reference-by-pointer. I removed the antivirus and stop getting this error but now it is been 3 days in a row getting Driver-power-state failure error. PLEASE HELP!I tried running advanced options >troubleshooting>reseting pc>keeping files BUT Bitlocker is not letting me move forward.     Laptop with broken screen How much?

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:
