Windows 10: urgent blue screens after fresh install

Hi guys, would love some help here. windows 11 Originally I thought RGB fusion was the culprit but was getting blue screens still after uninstall.I know RGB fusion has caused issues, as i did want to run thermaltake software with it but couldn't.Several different ones.Memory management PFN_LIST_COrruptAfter fresh install i just got SERVICE EXCEMPTION.I believe all my hardware is installed properly..I have also done ram testing with memtest etcMy specs arei7 10700k32gb thermaltake 3600mhz - I have XMP profile on, NOT SURE if this would cause it?750 psu1tb ssd - pulled from prebuilt computer
