    Urgent! BSOD "Critical Process Died" and cannot logon to Windows Desktop


    Hi, I've encountered BSOD "Critical Process Died" continuously on my home PC Win10 Pro 22H2 and unable to logon to Windows Destop, I've Googled the key word and try to resolve this issue but no luck. I've the log file "SrtTrail.txt" & "SrtTrail.log" in hand, so please let me know how to upload the log in order to analysis the root cause and find out a solution to my problem. Thanks.

    - - - Updated - - - Additional information, my SSD has been checked several times and has no errors/problems and works 100%. And unfortunately I don't have any backups except for a copy from the already broken Windows drive.
