  1. Urgent: Can the Searchindexer.exe process be exploited by a virus?

I have a CPU utilization of 100%. The reason for this is the Searchindexer.exe, which uses the still available resources of the PC completely.
Why I think of a virus is because of the following:
I just have the indexing options open, but I have to notice that it has no job or that it shows that the indexing is finished.
Likewise I have to find out that my Explorer and consequently my whole PC is constantly greased or does not work properly.
    Here are the indexing options:

Here the Explorer, which always loads:

  2. searchindexer.exe Boot Process

How does the amount of data being indexed affect the searchindexer.exe process boot time? Doesn't the indexing occur after boot up is complete? Thanks.

  3. searchindexer.exe Boot Process

A boot time analysis of my Lenovo IdeaPad running Windows 10 Home indicates that it is taking one minute and 28 seconds for the searchindexer.exe boot process to complete. That is more than half of the total boot time. Is there a way to fix this?
