Windows 10: urgent help! i deleted my documents folder and messed up my desktop

So a few days ago I downloaded Dropbox onto my computer Windows 10. I didn't like it so I deleted the program itself, and then today, I deleted the actual folder on my computer. However, when I deleted the computer's folder, it also deleted my entire Documents folder! I haven't backed up my computer before, and I've&

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Will I be forever stuck with these unnecessary folders? *Oh Well hwell:

I suggest you to Restore to Default the folders and document settings and see if it helps.

Step 1:

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Download folder.
• Right click on the Download Folder and go to Properties.
• In Properties go to Location tab.
• In location Tab Click on Restore Default.

Step 2:

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Documents folder.
• Right click on the Document folder and go to Properties.
• In Properties go to Location tab.
• In location Tab Click on Restore Default.

After performing above steps change the settings as you required and check if it helps.
