Windows 10: Urgent help needed with HP Omen 15-dc0xxx

Hi!It's pretty difficult to explain the problems I'm experiencing with my gaming laptop, but I'll try my best.Very thankful for any help I can get as I've seemingly tried everything!I bought my OMEN laptop in 2020, and it worked very well in the beginning altough the fans have always been very loud, I didn't think much of it since it still worked very well.I could play all "heavy" games such as GTA V, Mafia lll and The Sims 4 without any issues.But since about this fall it's started to act very weird.First of all: The Sims 4 doesn't work at all, all it says is that the files are broken or co

No audio for my laptop(HP Omen 15-dc0xxx). It's working correctly according to the system but there is no actual audio.

Yes i have attempted each and every option here but i still have the same device not migrated event and no audio.

The laptop model is a Hp omen 15 dc0xxx.
