Windows 10: Urgent help please. Got hacked I think

I called google searched Microsoft authenticator app and stupidly clicked the first number. They eventually had me search some thing that allowed them to remote control the device. As soon as i realized what happened, I removed their permissions and deleted what they had me download and turned off my computer. I got an email that someone from India changed my email password and I do not know what to do.

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.

Hey i need help so i was playkng a roblox game on the roblox app on my pc but then my pc started to freak out and typing on its own spamming “=]” i think i was hacked and i tried turning it on and off but it would still spam that do i cant log in
