Windows 10: Urgent help - Unable to link my device with serial number to microsoft account - Not...

I hope anyone in Microsoft's team could please help me resolve this issue I have spent around 2 - 4 hours trying to resolve the issue with multiple agents through live chat support using Quick Assist as a remote viewer one of the russian support agents by the name of Nisha has tried relentlessly for more than 2 hours to resolve my issue trying different methods and still couldn't link it due to service sided support not recognizing my serial number anymore after having previously recognizing it I've unlinked my device / laptop from my Microsoft account momentarily to delete my user account, it

I'm confused?? Is the computer listed in the Microsoft Account/Devices page or not? If not, you have to register it and it may take a couple of days to register in the Microsoft Store.

If you had logged in and added the device to your Microsoft account the serial number will be listed here : https://account.microsoft.com/devices/device?de...

If you did not do so or the device is not present there you may find the serial number in the bill of the laptop.

go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices Login to your Microsoft Account, Under Devices make sure the device you are trying to install Simulator on is listed correctly. Click View Details to see the Serial # listed. Remove any device you no longer use. Make sure your Windows versions is fully Updated.
