Windows 10: Urgent Help

I have recently updated my laptop, and to complete the update I am required to enter the password of the email account, with which I created the account. I do not remember the password at all since I created the account 6 years ago

I have clicked on “forgot password” and filled and submitted several recovery forms.

Everytime I receive the mail from the Microsoft Account Team saying that the automated system has determine that i have not provided enough information to validate the account ownership.

I cannot recreate another form in fear that the email account gets blocked.

I created this account 6 years ago, I do not remember the details, whether I created a skype account or not.

Since I cannot recover the account nor remember the password, how can I have access to my laptop again ?

I have all of my personal items, information, notes on that laptop, please help!

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.
