URGENT: How do I turn off Event Logs?

It is taking up all my space over 100GB and it won't stop. I'm trying to do an in-place upgrade to save my files and programs while fixing Windows, but I need 8GB of space and these event logs are eating up my space from all the constant logs. How do I turn off the even log creation? I have to turn it off otherwise I have no hard drive space left.

  2. Event Log help, urgent, please assist thank you!

I only suggested the tech, but hope you will download the

Command prompt to delete all logs, including the non-visible

Administrative Events log, which isn't an option on the

clear/delete page, like the others are.
