Windows 10: urgent!! i removed a register value and now my system won't boot up

so i thankfully have access to cmd but i don't know how to recover i don't have a backup neither a restorepoint that i set i don't know what to do and im scared if someone could help me i would be thankfull-armin

Kursah, that 6 steps are granted it always boots at the 6th step (sometimes at the 4th) and I have to remove the ethernet cable every time otherwise I'll have to do countless steps, that's a fact. I do not have Wake On Lan set.

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Does the mainboard have a speaker on it? If so are there any POST codes beeping?

Even though it's powering up I would suspect the PSU might be a culprit here...do you have another one you could try?

You state that you remove the Ethernet cable...do you have Wake On Lan set for any reason? What if you skip step 3 in your workaround steps? Does it still boot? Have you tried booting with just a keyboard, screen and power supply connected? (CPU and 1 stick of memory)

That should be the base line hardware required for a bootable system...if it boots there add an HDD, if it boots add the CD/DVD. Etc...
