Windows 10: *URGENT* Locked Out

Hi I'm locked out of my school computer that I am going to need in about 2 weeks time. I was told one day by Microsoft that something was happening with one of my devices and to lock that account. I did under the understanding that if there was no problem it would be an easy fix. However I am now finding out that when I try to log on to my computer I get the message "This device is locked by an administrator. Have any of the administrators sign in to unlock it." The only account on that computer is mine and it will not let me log in. When I search for answers it tells me to try to get a securi

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
