Windows 10: URGENT!! Need to return registry ONE FOLDER because it was accidently deleted

Hello,My second user profile on my PC was corrupted so I fixed that by going to registry path "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList"Like from the last 2 folders that have long name there was another one below that and I deleted it. Now I can't make another profile and apparently I don't have privileges' for certain tasks like changing services to disabled or Manuel.I tried system restore which i had 8 ones around 50 gb but they all are gone. I need immediate help. I cant update my pc too. I don't have a backup because i though system restore wo

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Will I be forever stuck with these unnecessary folders? *Oh Well hwell:

 

Unable to delete a folder - Invalid folder name


Suggestion:

1. Run chkdsk x: /r to make sure that there's no HD corruption.
   x: is the drive containing the folder you want to delete.
2. Try to delete the folder again. If still does not work, go to step 3.
3. Download: Download - Linux Mint and create a bootable USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB
4. Boot up with Linux Mint and try to delete the folder again.
   NOTE: Unlike WinPE. Linux does not have any Windows permission imposed to it so it is easier to delete.

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.
