Windows 10: URGENT: New Laptop corrupted itself in 2 days, scrambled permissions

Yeah, I'm at a loss for words and am pulling all of my hair out. So I bought a new computer on Sunday after my old one broke due to the battery getting bloated. Guy at best buy recommended the AMD Ryzen Dell G15 5515 laptop, so I went with that. Came with windows 11, which while different, still seemed to be good enough for my tastes as I only intended the thing to just be used as a gaming laptop.Lots of games downloaded and stuff moved from a backup drive later, and I come home today and open my laptop to find that the screen is black with a message saying the recycle bin is corrupted. drivers
might be
outdated
or the issue is within the
device/hardware
itself. However, we need to make sure that it is the case. To isolate the issue, we have

Run SFC Scan.

SFC scan, follow these steps:

• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.   
  

If the issue persists, we suggest that you contact your
Device Vendor manufacturer
for further assistance.

No permissions

Hi,

I would suggest you to right click on the user's folder for your profile and check if the permissions shows as "read only'. If this is the case, it might be causing the issue. In this case, I would suggest you to go to C:\User folder, right click on the
folder with your username and follow these steps:

• Open the properties of the main user profile folder where the files are located (such as Documents, Pictures, etc).
  
• Go to the Security tab and click Advanced.
• Check the box at the bottom of this window. It is labeled "Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object" and then click Ok.
  

This does a one-time action that replaces the security on all the files/subfolders. It’s one-time, so you won’t find that box checked if you peek at it later. Try these steps and let us know the results for further assistance.

 

Core 2 Duo for laptop CQ40-314TU

I have found something about CPU Upgrade on the Intel's Website, the manufacturer of my laptop's chipset (GM45 Chipset). Currently, the CPU which this laptop is using (Dual Core T3400) is NOT in this list: http://ark.intel.com/chipset.aspx?familyID=35509
The laptop's chipset also support Core 2 Extreme Technology, which I think the latest CPU Technology.
I have another laptop called Acer Aspire 5572ANWXMi that is using the chipset 945GM which support the T7600 (like you suggested) and it is in this list: http://ark.intel.com/chipset.aspx?familyID=22816
