Windows 10: Urgent - OnVue website not responding

Discus and support Urgent - OnVue website not responding in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I had scheduled the "PL-300" exam which was supposed to take place from 8:00 am today morning.     Urgent - OnVue website not responding


    I had scheduled the "PL-300" exam which was supposed to take place from 8:00 am today morning. I had checked in to the appointment before 30 minutes. Unfortunately the Pearson examlaunchpad website, upon clicking the "check in to start exam" link, is not rendering anything. It is stuck at loading and displays a blank page. I have been trying for around 45 minutes and I am unable to take the exam. I had already completed my OnVue System test previously. Also, there is no network issue at my testing space. Please kindly resolve the issue as fast as possible and urgently address the situation.

    Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.

    Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
