Windows 10: URGENT! PIN/FACE Password error 0x80070032

So I have 3 accounts on my Windows 10 laptop. One of them is administrator and the rest (2) are Standard. They are all local accounts. The problem is that I forgot my Password for the administrator account. So, instead of typing the password, I usually just type the PIN or use my face. Today, I tried to login in and whenever I put in my PIN or face it gave me an error (0x80070032). I restarted it countless times but the same problem persists. The only other option is to type in my password, but I forgot it.

Unfortunately it did not. I can sign in with the password, but not the pin. An error message comes up - Code 0x80070032.

 

PIN and FingerPrint not working

I am having the same problem on a Dell XPS 15. Both PIN and fingerprint give Error 0x80070032 but the password works. The system is up-to-date.

What we recommend is that you contact a local PC technician who should be able to quickly solve your issue At a reasonable cost or at least assist with recovery of important data
