Windows 10: Urgent: printer attention required

Hi,I'm having issue with my printer. Whenever I print a test page before printing a lot of documents there would be a pop up saying attention required. I clicked it and it shows only the print queue. Tried restarting spooler and printer itself but it's still showing. Troubleshooter won't help either. Need help with this.

I understand your concern, and we in Community will try to help you in the best possible way we can.

I would suggest you to remove the printer driver completely and then try to reinstall the driver from manufacturer's website.

In order to uninstall the driver, follow these steps.

• Press Windows key + X, click on Device Manager.
• Search for the “Printer” device from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the
  un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for
  this device” you may select that and then remove its drivers from the computer.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and the restart the computer if prompted.

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.
