Windows 10: URGENT: Realtek HD Audio Uninstall Loop problem

Everything was fine. Then i downloaded an update from the gigabyte motherboard [B550M aorus pro p ] site to update the audio driver.

Then it uninstalled. but didnt install upon rebooting. And then keeps uninstalling after reboot upon reboot.

Then i lost all audio. Nothing connected even shows up.

Then i tried to uninstall from device manager. Still doesnt uninstall.

Then i tried to delete the Key from Registry with all permissions and THAT shows cant delete key.

Im stuck without audio and dont know what to do.

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

It is really irritating that poor performance of MIC in Realtek HD audio. I. am having latest driver for Windows 10 64bit. I am uninstalling it and configured the system by Microsoft HD audio. But the realtek re installing again and again, and disabling
Microsoft HD audio Driver. Please guide me for the complete uninstallation of Realtek HD audio Driver
