Windows 10: URGENT Reset Windows 11 stuck

I had an issue with my computer it couldn’t update anymore and it asked me the bitlocker key each time I turned it on so our IT advised me to reinstall windowsI did it trough the functionality proposed by the system reset this pc locally because I didn’t care about reinstalling the programs and the files on it.Now it’s stuck at this point: it arrives at 78% and reboots right after, it’s been 4 hoursCould anyone help with this? It’s quite urgent

I performed the reset through Windows Recovery and selected 'Remove Everything.' However, I encountered two issues:

1. The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error during Windows installation. As a result, the installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click ‘OK’ to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.
   
   • I resolved this by following a guide that involved running 'regedit' and modifying 'setup.exe' located under '/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/Setup/Status/ChildCompletion.' I changed the data value from 1 to 3.
     
2. Another issue occurred: 'Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation. Error.'
   
   • I solved this problem by performing the following steps:
     
     • Pressing (Shift + F10) on the keyboard.
       
     • Typing '(cd %windir%/system32/oobe/)'.
       
     • Typing '(msoobe)'.
       
   After executing these steps, the PC restarted but became stuck on the 'Just a Moment' screen indefinitely.
   

I attempted the reset process twice using local reset rather than a cloud download, and both times encountered the same two issues.

I also tried resetting the PC once while keeping the files. Although the reset was successful, I encountered the 'defaultuser0' issue.

No hardware swapped. The PC ran Windows 11 without any issue. I just had to reset it before selling.

I have this exact issue at the moment. The factory reset is stuck at 64% and no, the answer given wasn't very helpful AT ALL. The screen is still stuck at 64%, what's the next step i should take? Should i manually force the PC to shut down and start it back
