Hello Microsoft community,I'm hoping someone can help me solve an urgent problem with my BitLocker-protected hard drive. Recently, one of my active devices, containing crucial BitLocker recovery keys, disappeared from my Office 365 account I trusted MS 365, so I kept the bitlocker keys on my account synchronized with my 365 account but now there is no keys in my account. The object ID of the missing device is : 68d71ddd-dc25-42f9-800f-950a57ef1391, and the machine name: REDOUANE_AMRAR It contained important recovery keys, including the key ID: 17D8D546-5625-46F2-8A18-8A433CF20ECCThe recovery

2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?
