Windows 10: [URGENT] There's no Windows Task Bar and Start Menu inaccessible Through keyboard, Only App...

Hi My name is JhonI have recently Installed Windows 11 Pro On one of my Machines which was Ryzen 3 2200G and is Incompatible with Windows 11 Pro so i did:Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetupName: AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPUType: REG_DWORDValue: 1to Bypass the CPU Requirements and TPM 2.0AMD had provided a Driver for Windows 11 so I did tried to install Windows 11 Pro Through USB Stick and Kept the files and settings.after the update:Taskbar Empty, Only App icons are showneg: Viber, MS Teams and MalwarebyesWindows Start Menu inaccessible Through keyboardOpening Folder

For the issues with Start menu, try the below steps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run the below PowerShell command to re-register Start menu and check if it helps.

Follow:

• 
  Right click on the Taskbar and select
  Task Manager from the context menu.
  
• 
  In the Task Manager window, click on
  File and on Run new task.
  
• 
  Type powershell, place a check mark on
  Create this task with administrative privileges and click Ok.
  
• 
  In the administrative Windows PowerShell window, carefully type the below command and hit Enter key from the keyboard.
  

• 
  Get-appxpackage -all *shellexperience* -packagetype bundle |% {add-appxpackage -register -disabledevelopmentmode ($_.installlocation + “\appxmetadata\appxbundlemanifest.xml”)}
  

5. Once the command execution is completed successfully, close the PowerShell window and reboot/ restart the computer.

NOTE: When you are running the PowerShell command, I recommend you to close all the apps on your system and try.

A lot of times when I invoke the start menu(by hitting the windows key on the keyboard) and I want to type something to search I find this issue and I need to close the menu and open it again, How can I fix this?
