Windows 10: URGENT: Windows username recovery/ pin reset

I tried to login to windows 11 on my windows start up screen via fingerprint too many times and its asking for my pin. I don't remember my PIN so I tried typing the password which I do remember. But, the screen says that I HAVE to enter my PIN to login, so its not accepting my password. When I try to reset my pin on the official website, it asks for my windows microsoft account username. But, I've forgotten my windows microsoft account username because I rarely use it AND its not displayed on my computer's login screen i.e it only displays my first Name, NOT the microsoft email id an&n

So I went to the microsoft username lookup page and I searched with the only other possible microsoft account that my windows one could be linked to: sid36371@gmail.com ( the same email id used to post this question)

Although I could now see the outlook account I was looking for, it was displayed with some characters hidden with asterisks so I still could not see my username i.e the outlook email id used to log in to windows.

This is a new HP laptop, so I can't find the email id anywhere else because I don't use it for any non-sign-in purposes.

How do I get access to my account and more importantly my laptop without a factory reset? I have bills and receipts to prove its mine and do indeed own a microsoft windows license pegged to my account

Bitlock recovery to reset password

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your PC due to a forgotten password. In this situation, you can try using the BitLocker recovery key to reset your password. Here are the steps:

1. On the sign-in screen, click on "I forgot my password" or "Reset password."
