Windows 10: url is on my desktop and i cant remove it

hii was on windows and i am not sure how i was reading from a page for 3d software and i think what happen was i had to many tabs open one got dragged in back of the other tabs and ended up on my desk top Internet Shortcut .URL i can move it all over the screen and cant remove it into the trash canat all , its a url that has info text telling whats inside the icon and it opens in long text below the icon the url is https;//mail.yahoo.com/d/search/and the mail link is not there any more and i when to system restore and its turned off this is from a 3d add i was reading you dont need to click

Remove account

• When you say “Support Assistant” are you referring to any program?
• Did you remove or uninstall from the computer?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Go to Start.
• Select all apps.
• Check if the “Support assistant” is listed.
• If listed Drag & drop to the desktop screen.
