Windows 10: US qwerty is causing my keyboard not working

in keyboard region setting. when ever i do US language and US qwerty as optionthe 3rd row from my keyboard will not work. at first i thought it was a hardware problembut as you can see now its working properly.when ever i restart my PC this keys dont worky ''tab,qwertyuiop[]#'' the 3rd row

Keyboard keys not working on US QWERTY keyboard but work on UK QWERTY keyboard

On my Surface Book 2, when I have the US International QWERTY region keyboard installed, the bottom row of keys has recently stopped working (Z, X,C, V, B, N, M). I tried changing to the UK QWERTY region keyboard and these same bottom row keys work. I want to use the US keyboard.

I've run the keyboard troubleshooter, no issues detected. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

 

In Windows is there a Dvorak keyboard that works as Qwerty when CTRL?

In Mac, there is a keyboard that normally works as dvorak but whenever pressing the command key for shortcut, it uses qwerty layout. Is there such a keyboard in Win?

For example, normally in qwerty to copy it would be cmd plus c, and in dvorak that would be cmd plus i (because in dvorak the i key works as c) but in that other dvorak keyboard I'm talking about cmd c is cmd c, not cmd i.

 

Unable to install Traditional Chinese Qwerty keyboard

I have a Nokia 1020 and I cannot locate the Traditional Chinese Qwerty keyboard to install. I did manage to locate the Simplefied Chinese Qwerty keyboard, however that is not what I was looking for. I have been researching on the past posts and forums and
tried a few methods suggested and so far nothing worked. I have tried changing the region / area to Taiwan and language to Traditional Chinese, but still unable to locate the keyboard required. I have also noticed that a lot of people were posting that they have returned the
phone due to this keyboard being missing. Please advise if there are other steps that I can take in order to use the Traditional Chinese Qwerty keyboard.
