Windows 10: Usable Ram

Discus and support Usable Ram in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have Windows 11 download with a 64-bit operating system and a x64-based processor but when I check my ram it says I have 8GB of ram but 7.98 usable!...     I have Windows 11 download with a 64-bit operating system and a x64-based processor but when I check my ram it says I have 8GB of ram but 7.98 usable! Does any know how to get my 7.98 GB of ram back?

    How do I find the Usable RAM on a Surface Laptop 2?

    I need to be able to find out the "Usable RAM" on my Surface Laptop 2 in order to ensure it will be compatible with the download of some exam taking software. Under Device Specifications, it lists the Installed RAM as 8.00 GB, but no Usable RAM is listed (having done some brief research, Installed RAM and Usable RAM appear to be different). Under System Information, it states Total Physical Memory of 7.92 GB; is this what Usable RAM is? Under System Information, there is also Available Physical Memory, but the number of GB listed under Available Physical Memory varies with each program I open. I'd be very grateful for any guidance anyone can provide.

    usable RAM

    I have 16GB RAM but it indicates only 1.98GB usable. How do I make all 16 usable?

    The RAM is recognized. In BIOS it shows exact amount installed, Windows also shows exact amount installed but limits usable RAM.
