USB 2.0 Audio input recognized as part of GPU driver.

I have tried turning off Nvidia digital audio, but that is no help. The microphone is being read, but as a part of the GPU's drivers I use a RTX 4060 and Ryzen 5 7500f I have tried uninstalling the drivers, but windows still reads it as a GPU driver. The microphone does not produce any audio and is registered as "Stereo Mix" under the RealtekR Audio drivers. I have attempted to change is using Realtek's audio console but it is no use. The microphone used to work when headphones were plugged in the audio jack, but not anymore. The mic is called the "AM-4136" from NEXTECH and i have not foun

Windows 10 and USB Audio codec input

Just purchased a USB turntable to record some old albums. Windows 10 recognizes the input, but only one app even recognizes there is any input at all. Audacity doesn't get any input at all. When I open Control Panel / Sound / Record Tab, the meter to
the right of Audio Codec shows activity.

    Any suggestions?
