Windows 10: Usb 2.0 driver on dell inspiron 14 3451 series doesn't work

It dell inspiron 14 3451 series It have 3 usb one usb is 3.0 and the other two are 2.0 usb the one that works is 3.0 in the other one 2.0 doesn't work it use to work until I had virus I deleted the virus I Factory reset pc to see if work but it didn't work I install the usb 3.0 drivers to see if it install the driver 2.0 usb drivers it didn't install usb driver I try to find the usb 2.0 driver on internet but I couldn't find it I also try to install bluetooth driver but ask to insert usb dongle my dongle is 2.0 it not going to finish because it 2.0 usb dongle. Windows Mixed Reality error 14-2 when Dell Visor plugged into Inspiron 5577

I'm getting error 14-2 which reads that I'm using an adapter or extension cable, although I am not using either. It suggests to update my graphics card drivers, which I have done, but the problem persists.
I'm using a dell visor and and Inspiron 5577. Any help?

 

Dell Inspiron 7000 series touchpad help

Hi..

Was wondering if someone could assist me with finding the proper touchpad driver for my new Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series (P69G) so I can enable one finger scrolling. I went here Software Drivers | White Papers | Product Briefs | Videos | Synaptics and dowloaded the the PS/2 driver but it doesn't show the red 'Synaptics' tab under mouse settings in Control Panel like my old Lenovo laptop did..

Can anyone offer any suggestions?
