Windows 10: USB 2.0 drivers

Hello! I recently built a PC and it does not have USB 2.0 drivers installed. I have tried looking for drivers online, but I have not been able to find any sites that do not require money or look like scams. Do you guys have any suggestions for Windows 10? Thanks!

As the USB 3.0 ports are unable to detect the USB 2.0 device, the issue might be with the USB drivers. I suggest you to update the driver by following the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller.
• Right click on the driver, select Update Driver Software and follow the on-screen prompts.

If the issue still persists, follow the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller.
• Right click on the driver, select Uninstall.
• Restart the system and check for status.

• When you mentioned Windows 10 update, are you referring to USB drivers update?

If you're referring to USB driver update, we suggest that you return to the previous version of driver you have. The Roll Back Driver feature enables you to replace a device driver by using a previously installed version. You can use this feature if you
