Windows 10: USB 2 Speeds on USB 3 flash drive.

As per title.
Windows 10 has already killed an older USB 2 flash drive, now the new USB 3 one only copies files at 20MBps.

USB is seriously broken in Windows 10.

Query about creating recovery media on USB 3.0

1.Can I as a bootable USB drive (if I install Windows 10 Pro 64 bit) to use a USB flash drive USB 3.0 and have a quick installation Windows 10 Pro 64 bit thanks to USB 3.0 standard, compared with flash USB 2.0?

2. Can I still create a recovery disk to use a USB flash drive USB 3.0?

3. Which is better to choose the parameters of the stick to use it as a bootable USB drive Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with the USB 3.0 standard write speed of 75 Mb / s or 120Mb / s read speed of 12 Mb / s or 25 Mb / s? How can I feel it?

Windows 10 KB3197954 Update kills USB

Almost the same issue here.

My USB ports work as long as I'm using USB 2 devices. Any attempt to use a USB 3 device fails.

Examples:

USB 2 flash drive works fine

USB 3 External drive does not work. No error, no message, nothing, it just isn't recognized.

USB 3 Plugable dock - Works as long as I use the USB 2 ports on the dock. Anything via USB 3 does not work including external monitors.
