    Hi there,


    I recently purchased the new Surface Pro and love the computer, but need to configure it to work with my old printer [HP Photosmart C4780]. The printer originally came with a USB cord [v2.0] and also wireless capabilities, however the print jobs that result from using the USB 2.0 result in overlapping typed lines and as of right now I have NOT been able to figure out how to set up the wireless capabilities correctly. Anyone with an understanding of either of these products for some insight would be great!


    side note: I did run the troubleshooting option and it did indicate that the USB 3.0 port may be an issue. Is it possible to order a cord that works for both the C4780 and the new port on the surface pro?

    That is the add in I have. I got it off the CM store. They also list an adapter, but I've yet to see it listed as in stock and can't seem to find any others.
