  1. USB 3.0 Ports only reading 2.0 devices

My windows 10 pc has two USB 3.0 ports on the front panel, which have worked as they should until yesterday. Now, the front ports will not recognize 3.0 devices, but they will read 2.0 devices. The rear ports will still read USB 3.0 devices. This has been verified with several devices, all which work correctly on another pc. The motherboard is a ASRock Z290 Taichi, and the MS updates are current.
